Tempura Kohaku 天ぷら 琥珀 – Heavenly Tendon on Earth

I think I’m probably very late to try this, & many of you probably tried this before as well:

Tempura Kohaku @ Eat at 7 Suntec City. Honestly, I haven’t tried any Tendon in Singapore that give me the taste of Japan, until I found this place.DSC00726

DSC00728Using the Hokkaido Premium Rice, the chefs are out to make sure you finish every bit of rice in that bowl!

The queue was long when we were there at about 730pm, I think we waited for almost an hour, so yeah, expect the slightly longer waiting time especially during peak hours.

But as you can see, the whole restaurant is not big in size, so that probably explains the     longer waiting time. But oh well #goodfoodmustwaitDSC00723

Kohaku Tendon Spicy Flavor – $15.00

& here comes the lead of the post, a bowl filled with fried food sounds really good right. My mum will probably look at me with a ‘Drink more tea later’ look haha.

So in just this bowl, there are seafood, vegetables, chicken, all the nutrients you need although it’s fried! #makeyourselffeelbetter

2016-11-10-00-35-37Mushroom lovers, good news, the fried mushroom is juicy yet crispy on the outside!

2 fried prawns in in a bowl, because 1 will not be enough! Look at how nicely done it is, I’m hungry already 😦 Not a good idea doing post during lunch hour heh.2016-11-10-00-47-08

This big piece of chicken is hidden at the bottom, definitely surprised me (wasn’t expecting this size of meat to appear in the bowl haha)2016-11-10-00-49-16

Given the portion of food and happiness I get from the bowl, I must say it’s worth the price. LOOK at how tempting the bowl is even from the photos.2016-11-09-13-10-40

Definitely going back again for more! 2016-11-10-00-30-58
